Double Indent your Google listing for more Targeted Traffic

By Stanley On November 27, 2009 No Comments

Want to have more targeted traffic and make more money online? Now you can practically double it by double indenting your Google listing.

Just what is a double indent? Basically it’s your URL getting listed twice on Google one right after another. In case your don’t know, people tend to “scan” a Google listing instead of reading each and every word on the Google search page.

So when you have a Double Listing in a Google search page, people looking for their keyword will naturally “zoom” to your URL due to the difference in size. Image all other results on the search page are one-liners while yours occupies an area instead.

Why Most People Fail to Make Money Online

By Stanley On November 25, 2009 No Comments

simpson-failure
Do you know why most people fail to make money online? Is it because they don’t have money to start off with, is it because they look to get rich quick or is it because they don’t have a good mentor? Actually, that was a bad question, because it is none of those things.

The reason 99.9% of people fail to make money online is simply because they don’t take action. Seriously, action is all it takes. Even better if that’s guided action. Like having a mentor or someone who had “been there done that” in making money online. Of course it makes things a lot better if he’s good at it too.

Making money online really isn’t that difficult, it just requires some knowledge, a bit of effort and a lot of perseverance. There are 2 types of people that fail to make money online:

1) Those who have the mindset that they can’t do it because they don’t have the skills or knowledge (which both can be acquired easily) so they don’t even try

and

2) Those that have the knowledge and skills, but just never do anything with it

In case you fall into either categories, here’s an outline of a simple formula to help you make your first dollar online.

1. Find a Niche You are Passionate About
I know everybody says this, why? because it works! What do you do already that you would love to get paid for? It’s a great feeling when you start making some money online, but it’s even better when you know you actually enjoy the topic that your website is about.

2. Decide How You Want Make Money
Once you know what it is you are passionate about, it’s good to decide how you want to make money.

Some examples include:
* Sell an Info Product relating to your passions that helps solve a need on your website.
* Provide unique and quality information and content. Start a blog on the subject and writing unique, quality articles.
* Gather people to discuss and share information. Build a forum so that other people can discuss the topic.
* Apply for Adsense. Creating an information site that attempts to earn money with contextual ads.

There are many more, but these are some of the most common options online. Once you know what type of site / product you want to build, it won’t take much searching for you to find out how.

3. Set out a Plan of Action
If you want to create an eBook then you need to study the market to find out what people are missing in your niche. It may be possible that people are just not interested in an eBook about your topic, or it may be that there is a huge gap in the market. Either way, it’s your job to find out.
If you did find out there was interest, then you would need to get an eBook cover sorted, register a domain, build your website and set-up a Paypal account. It may sound difficult, but it’s all easily achievable. Set out a plan of action of exactly what you need to do, and then…

4. Take Action Now!
This is why most people fail to make money online, they simply don’t do anything with their knowledge and skills they learnt. Forget the belief that you need to have everything perfectly in place before starting anything. That’s perfectionism. Most of your learning comes from doing and correcting along the way.

3 Traits of Successful Internet Marketers

By Stanley On November 17, 2009 No Comments

Success Trait #1:
First of all, one of the reason’s why they’re so successful NOW is because they didn’t
let their lack of knowledge stop them. Despite the fact that many of them had no
computer experience, never mind experience using the Internet — and despite the fact
that many had never owned a business before — they just plain got started and didn’t
worry about making everything “perfect” the first time.
Remember, I’m not talking about rocket-scientists here. These are regular people, like you
and me, who started running their web sites out of their own homes and are now making
$100,000 to $600,000 a year with their sites.
And believe it or not, almost all of them were making a profit from day-one! Sure, they
weren’t all making buckets of cash right away; but their profits increased quickly as they
continued to improve on what they started with.

Success Trait #2:
I’ve already mentioned that these successful web site owners didn’t worry about making
everything “perfect” right away. And this is important, because rather than overload
themselves by trying to become Internet marketing gurus BEFORE they got started, they
just dove in and focused on one marketing strategy at a time, working extremely
hard to maximize their profits with one strategy before moving onto the next.
This is a trait that really amazed me because even though these successful web site
owners are earning substantial incomes from their web sites, they ALL talk about how they
plan to snowball their profits and sales even more by strategically adding another
strategy… and another strategy… and another strategy… to their web sites, one at a time.

Success Trait #3:
Interestingly, the one point that kept coming up again and again, sometimes two or three
times in a single interview, was that all of these successful site owners confess they could
have been earning a MUCH bigger income MUCH faster had they only avoided the
costly mistakes started educating themselves sooner.
And that’s probably the most critical trait these success stories share — they’ve all
committed to educating themselves about the most profitable marketing strategies and
techniques.

In fact, I could literally go on for pages and pages reeling off the hundreds of invaluable
marketing strategies, techniques, tools, and software recommendations that these people
share in their interviews, based on their own real-life experiences and commitment to
educating themselves.

Top 5 Reasons Why You Should Not Try Internet Marketing by Darrell Cochran

By Stanley On November 8, 2009 No Comments

I was an “average joe”. I bought into all the hype about Internet Marketing a few months ago and purchased some of the eBooks you’ve seen advertised to learn more about the subject. You don’t have to do this. You can buy any number of them, I’ve found, they all basically say the same things. If you follow the steps in them and are persistent to become a Pro, I believe you will. I have been doing marketing for several months now and with persistence, I will quit my job in a few more months and do this full time.

This brings us to “Top 5 Reasons You Should Not Try Internet Marketing“.

1. You are already wealthy
If you are reading this you are probably not wealthy. I have personally bought several marketing eBooks to compare and each one had valuable information that really works. I’m not saying there are not scams out there but my experience has shown, you can make big money by implementing what you learn and be persistent.

2. You’re a tight wad and won’t spend less than $25
Take it from an “average joe turned PRO”, you can surely do without 1 Mountain Dew for a few days to get started.

3. You have no ambition at all
Internet Marketing is a job. It takes work, but it does pay well. One thing I don’t believe is you’re going to make millions by working very little. Treat Internet Marketing as a business and you will succeed.

4. You’re scared to try something new, like web sites
When I started in the business I had no idea how to build a website. I bought an awesome program and read the manual. Today, plus working a full time job, I crank out a website a week. Now, you can build a site online for free, find free hosts, and pay $6−$8 for a domain name. It’s very easy and it doesn’t cost too much.

5. You want to stay an “average joe”
I don’t know why. Do you believe money is not everything? I don’t believe money is everything but it sure helps.

How To Drive Traffic To Your Website In The Shortest Time Possible

And finally the websites up…

By Stanley On November 4, 2009 No Comments

Well, after much running around between feng shui audits (did I mention my day job as a feng shui practitioner? I have..? ok then…), report writing, figuring how to work the autoresponder, Frontpage, FTP and some procrastination in between, I finally got my wedsites up and running.

Nothing fancy. Just a one page mini site for my first affiliate product @ www.besuccessful4life.com and another for give-away site @ www.personalsuccess4life.com to help build my list. Yeah.. I know could have put them to better use.

Any ideas or suggestions are tremendiously welcomed!!!

How YOU can become a super affiliate and start earning MAXIMUM profits with your website

By Stanley On November 2, 2009 No Comments

How YOU can become a super affiliate, and start earning MAXIMUM profits with your website:

Define a niche market, and target your affiliate products to that market. DON’T pick a product just because you think it looks cool… and DON’T cram your site full of unrelated products!

Find a hungry market, and sell them products they’re likely to buy.

Build relationships and credibility with your site’s visitors. You’ll be way more effective if your visitors trust and respect your opinions. That means you’ll have to spend time engaging with your visitors.

Regular emails, blog comments, and even social media sites are all simple, no-brainer ways to establish your expertise, build that credibility, and form those relationships.

Actively market your products. You can’t just post a product plug and then expect profits. Actively marketing means that you’re constantly looking for new ways to tweak your site’s design or sales letter, or to engage with your visitors…

… or even to check out the competition and see what’s working for them.

Create a content-rich website. Much as we’d like them to, people are just not going to sit still to listen to your pitch. You have to give them good reasons to stop by, so create content that’s useful to them. Try newsletters, product reviews and comparisons, helpful tips, contests, quizzes, polls, and so on.

The more good stuff you’ve got out there, the more likely people are to visit your website on a regular basis!

Constantly test your marketing strategies. Don’t settle for a modest income – once you start getting those first sales, look for better ways to bring products to your site visitors’ attention. Seek new ways to attract visitors to your site. And find more successful ways of converting those visitors into paying customers.

But remember: if you want to become an affiliate, you can’t just put a simple link or banner for the product you’re selling on your homepage and hope for the best.

You’ll never make a PENNY that way!

Instead, make sure you spend a bit of time finding a lucrative niche market filled with hungry buyers… getting HOT-SELLING affiliate products that are perfect for your chosen market… and driving endless streams of high-quality traffic to your site.

You’ll be making money in no time!
