Model Your Way to Online Money Making Success!

By Stanley On December 4, 2009 No Comments

One easy way to online success is to “borrow” ideas from other marketing experts by understanding their business models and modify it to come up with your very OWN ideas.

Now I am not talking about PLAGIARISM here but taking other people’s ideas and methods as a template.

In my opinion, getting inspiration from other marketers is one of the best, if not the BEST way to get started when you are building your internet marketing business.

The fastest way to success is to take existing proven ideas and combining them to come up with your own. It is a way better choice than waiting and coming up for the perfect idea to drop itself into your head. That’s vanity.

There is nothing new under the sun. Really… think about it. All the info products out there in the Internet are – one way or another – rehashed, modified or upgraded versions of the basic model. Rarely are there any fresh new ideas. So why rack your head trying to think up a never-thought-of original idea for an info product when it is so much easier to “borrow” from the “tested and proven” instead? Why try to reinvent the wheel when you can evolve the wheel?

Begin by following a successful internet marketer’s proven model or method, step-by-step, if needed. Of course you will need to personalize it with your own style to make it your own and not a cheap copy of someone else’s method. People can tell.

Another advantage of studying other successful internet marketer’s ideas and methods will shorten your learning curve and achieve success with less effort than doing it yourself by the “trial and error” method.

Oh, and another thing, get started on your idea right away when it presents itself.

Making money online has never been easier…

Double Indent your Google listing for more Targeted Traffic

By Stanley On November 27, 2009 No Comments

Want to have more targeted traffic and make more money online? Now you can practically double it by double indenting your Google listing.

Just what is a double indent? Basically it’s your URL getting listed twice on Google one right after another. In case your don’t know, people tend to “scan” a Google listing instead of reading each and every word on the Google search page.

So when you have a Double Listing in a Google search page, people looking for their keyword will naturally “zoom” to your URL due to the difference in size. Image all other results on the search page are one-liners while yours occupies an area instead.

3 Traits of Successful Internet Marketers

By Stanley On November 17, 2009 No Comments

Success Trait #1:
First of all, one of the reason’s why they’re so successful NOW is because they didn’t
let their lack of knowledge stop them. Despite the fact that many of them had no
computer experience, never mind experience using the Internet — and despite the fact
that many had never owned a business before — they just plain got started and didn’t
worry about making everything “perfect” the first time.
Remember, I’m not talking about rocket-scientists here. These are regular people, like you
and me, who started running their web sites out of their own homes and are now making
$100,000 to $600,000 a year with their sites.
And believe it or not, almost all of them were making a profit from day-one! Sure, they
weren’t all making buckets of cash right away; but their profits increased quickly as they
continued to improve on what they started with.

Success Trait #2:
I’ve already mentioned that these successful web site owners didn’t worry about making
everything “perfect” right away. And this is important, because rather than overload
themselves by trying to become Internet marketing gurus BEFORE they got started, they
just dove in and focused on one marketing strategy at a time, working extremely
hard to maximize their profits with one strategy before moving onto the next.
This is a trait that really amazed me because even though these successful web site
owners are earning substantial incomes from their web sites, they ALL talk about how they
plan to snowball their profits and sales even more by strategically adding another
strategy… and another strategy… and another strategy… to their web sites, one at a time.

Success Trait #3:
Interestingly, the one point that kept coming up again and again, sometimes two or three
times in a single interview, was that all of these successful site owners confess they could
have been earning a MUCH bigger income MUCH faster had they only avoided the
costly mistakes started educating themselves sooner.
And that’s probably the most critical trait these success stories share — they’ve all
committed to educating themselves about the most profitable marketing strategies and
techniques.

In fact, I could literally go on for pages and pages reeling off the hundreds of invaluable
marketing strategies, techniques, tools, and software recommendations that these people
share in their interviews, based on their own real-life experiences and commitment to
educating themselves.

New use for the 404 error page

By Stanley On October 30, 2009 No Comments

Ah.. the good old 404 “Opps… Page not found” error page.

Here’s a new twist to the average use of the 404 page other than to telling people they can’t have the page that they are looking for.

Why not use it to help build your list at the same time?

Here’s how it works…

Instead of just showing a plain “Opps… Page not found” page, which is kinda abrupt and rude, how about using your favorite HTML editor and add something to the effect of “but while you are here anyway, here’s a free gift/report/ebook/thingamajig for you!”  after the “page not found” message together with an autoresponder webform  and gather for yourself a lead just like that?

Basically what we just did was turning the 404 error page into an Opt-in page! We could do the same to the other error pages.

Ta!
