Just be honest with everyone, including yourself.
3. You know what needs to be done in your life to make it the way that you want it to be, but you keep on putting it off. Anyone who “should” lose thirty pounds, or “should” stop smoking, or “should” become more educated know exactly what you need to do to feel better, live healthier, and become more qualified. The problem is that you are masking what you need to do with a feeble excuse not to get it done. It is really simple to do nothing and just let life carry you along. However, such people go nowhere in life. You need to set goals, and take action on those goals. That is how you get ahead.
If you have a long list of “should’s” and a short list of “goals”, take a piece of paper, write down the which of the “should’s” you need to take action on to accomplish your goals, and take action.
