Make Money Fast – The Word “Should” is Strictly Forbidden

Have you ever caught yourself using the word “should” when talking about something which needs to be done, but does not get done? This is actually a quite common word for people to fall back on when they talk about their goals. Several of us view “should” as a convenient, one syllable word which acts as a fail-safe when we are confronted about our bad habits. What we fail to recognize is that such a harmless looking and sounding word is deadly to our eagerness to make money fast. This word “should” tells us that while we know we need to do one thing, it is okay to put that thing to the side and carry on.

When you say that you “should” do something, what are you really saying?

1. You have an obligation to which you are not looking forward. Notice how we usually do not talk about how we “should” do things that we are looking forward to doing? We never say that we “should” have at least three cookies. Rather, we just eat three or more cookies. However, if we feel obligated to eat healthy, it turns into a “should”. However, if making cookies for a bake sale is an obligation, then it turns into a “should”. Conversely, if making cookies is the most fun experience in the world for you (for whatever reason), it would be easy for you to just make cookies. The same holds true for taking steps to make money fast. This is why it is important that you do something which you enjoy. If you enjoy what you are doing, the steps which you will need to take to accomplish your goals will be a fun experience, and not a “should”.

2. You have no intention of doing it, and have the perfect excuse as to why. “I (should) A, B, and C,” is usually followed by, “but EXCUSE EXCUSE EXCUSE.” When you engage is this type of behavior, you are shouting to the world that you agree that you know that one course of action would take you down the right path, but that you plan to do the exact opposite. Just think of how foolish you would sound telling your boss, “I know that the appropriate thing to do is to stay late and finish the proposal so I am prepared for tomorrow’s meeting, but instead of doing that, I am going to go home and watch Monday Night Football on my sixty-five inch LCD-TV and take the chance of not finishing it before the meeting tomorrow morning.” If this is what you really mean, why bother disguising with a “should?” Deep down, you know what is really going on. Just be honest with everyone, including yourself.

3. You know what needs to be done in your life to make it the way that you want it to be, but you keep on putting it off. Anyone who “should” lose thirty pounds, or “should” stop smoking, or “should” become more educated know exactly what you need to do to feel better, live healthier, and become more qualified. The problem is that you are masking what you need to do with a feeble excuse not to get it done. It is really simple to do nothing and just let life carry you along. However, such people go nowhere in life. You need to set goals, and take action on those goals. That is how you get ahead.

If you have a long list of “should’s” and a short list of “goals”, take a piece of paper, write down the which of the “should’s” you need to take action on to accomplish your goals, and take action. If your goal is to make money fast, and one of your “should’s” is to create a website, then create a website ASAP, and stop letting day on which money can be made, go to waste. You will never get those days back. They are now a part of history.

Identify your should’s, and turn them into concrete “will’s” or “will not’s”. Get rid of “should” as it cripples your aptitude and ambition. Contrarily, a word such as “will” provides you with the ambition and effectiveness to accomplish goals.

Although it is attainable to Make Money Fast, to achieve success determining additional Ways To Make Money, you have to eliminate the word “should” from your vocabulary. Come and visit us at SOSComplete.com.
